Ingredients
Roasted Papad – 7
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli – 5
Garlic cloves – 4
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Steps
- Using a blender grind garlic, dry red chilli along with salt. Keep aside.
- Take roasted papad in a plastic bag, crush it with hand making it a coarse powder but do not fine powder.
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add the ground paste and sauté for few min.
- Then add papad, salt and continue to sauté for few more mins. Switch to “keep warm or off” mode.
- Remove from pot. You can store this for month and use it as per convenience.
- Papad Ki Chutney is ready to serve with Dal rice/Pulav
