Kaju/cashewnuts – 8 to10
Almonds/badam – 8 to10
Tomatoes – 3 (thickly chopped)
Cloves/loung - 3
Green cardamom/elaichi - 1
Small cinnamon stick/dalchini - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp.
Chicken - 500 gms (cleaned & washed well with turmeric powder or lemon extract)
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder/haldi - 1/4 tbsp
Yogurt/curd - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Cream/malai - 2 tbsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tbsp (crushed)
Coriander leaves – 3 to 4 tbsp (chopped)
Salt - to taste
