Fish Tikka

Sole Fish Fillet – 250 gms (Cube sized)
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Red Chili powder – ½ tsp
Haldi – ½ tsp
Jeera powder ½ tsp
Ajwain ¼ tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Mustard Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard Powder -1tsp
Lemon drops – 1 tsp
Dahi – 2 tbsp
Chaat Masala as desired
Wash and clean the fish and cut into dices. Mix all the ingredients under marination and marinate the fish. keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the SAUTE Quick Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Grease the inner pot with mustard oil and then add 6-8 pcs of fish. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on each side. Continue doing the same with rest of the fish.While serving add chat masala and few drops of lemon on it.
