Grilled Fish In Pesto Sauce

Fish fillet- 4
Walnut-1 tbsp
Basil -1 tbsp
Pepper- 2 tbsp
Olive oil-2 tbsp
Pesto sauce- 2 tbsp
Salt-1 tsp
chili flakes -1tbsp
English mustard-1 tbsp
Spring onions- to garnish
Chop basil finely and add walnut, pepper,mustard into a crusher and crush it finely.
In a medium sized bowl, add the crushed ingredients,basil,pesto sauce, salt and chili flakes. Mix it well.
Coat the fish fillet with the marination prepared and leave it for half an hour.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add olive oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit.add the marinated fillet and fry for a couple of minutesuntil the fish is no longer translucent and looks fried thoroughly.
Turn the fillet to the other side and fry for 2-3 minutes.Remove the fillet and switch off the Robocook.
Add some spring onions on top for garnishing.
Serve hot grilled fish with pesto sauce as a starter.
