Panner Do Pyaza

Steps

1. Cut paneer into 1-inch cubes. Finely chop 1 tomato and crush the remaining 2 tomatoes into puree. Finely chop 1 onion. Cut remaining onion into 4 equal parts and separate its layers. 
2. Connect the power cord to robocook and switch ‘on’ button. Press the sauté́ button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
3. Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Shallow fry the onion layers until light brown and then transfer it to a plate.
4. Add 2 tbsp oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add cumin seeds, green cardamom and bay leaf. When they begin to sizzle, add chopped onion and sauté until light brown.
5. Next add grated ginger, crushed garlic and green chilli, sauté for a minute. Now, add crushed tomato puree and chopped tomato, saute until oil starts to separate.
6. Add kasuri methi, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, sugar and salt. Mix well and cook for 1 minute. Then add paneer cubes, shallow fried onions, 1/2 cup water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
7. Finally add fresh cream. Mix well and switch to keep warm or off mode.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with butter kulcha.
