Chicken & Vegetable Spinach Soup

Chicken – 4 pieces
Salt – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Cooking Oil – 4 Tsp
Onion – 1 big chopped into big pieces
Spring Onion stock– 4 chopped
Spinach -1 cup chopped
Potato- 1 peeled and chopped
Carrot- 1 peeld and sliced
Garlic – 4 small pieces peeled and chopped
Maggi stock cube - 1
Salt to taste
Water- 1 cup
Marinate the Chicken pieces with Salt and Pepper for 20 minutes.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add Cooking Oil to the Cooking pot. Add the Marinated Chicken pieces & let it slightly fry till you can see the sides getting a bit crisp. This will take about 3- 5 minutes on the Saute mode.
Remove the fried Chicken pieces from the pot and keep aside. Next add Bay leaf, Garlic, Onion and Spring Onions and fry them for about 3 minutes in Saute mode.
Now add the chopped potatoes and Carrots and stir. Now add the fried Chicken and 2 cups water. Add Maggi stock cube and give it all a good stir.
Now add the fried Chicken and 1/2 cup of water. Cancel the Saute mode.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Chicken pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 15 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods. Now TWIST and Open the cooker.
Switch to Sauté mode in the cooker. Remove the Chicken and keep aside. Add the chopped spinach and continue in Saute mode for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, remove Chicken bones & shred it well. Add the shredded Chicken to the cooking pot and let it all cook in Saute mode for about 5 minutes.
