Ingredients
Medium size Potatoes - 2 (cut lengthwise)
Brinjals - 2 (chopped)
Radish - 2 (chopped)
Cabbage - 2 Cups (chopped)
Cauliflower - 1 cup (cut into pieces)
Pumpkin - 1 cup (cut into pieces)
Asafoetida - A pinch
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch (grated)
Green chilies - 3 to 4 (slit)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Sugar - to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Steps
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add asafoetida, fennel seeds, dry chilies, and sauté.
- Then add potatoes and sauté for a min. Add radish, cabbage, cauliflower, brinjal to the pot and continue to sauté.
- Now add turmeric, salt, pumpkin, sugar, grated ginger one by one and mix until they combine.
- After 5 mins, check if the potatoes have softened. Cook until the aroma is good. Once done, switch to Keep warm or Off mode.
- Yummy Labra is ready to serve with steamed rice or hot khichdi.
