Thai Green Curry Noodle Soup

For the paste:-
Coriander Seeds -1 tbsp
Cloves - 2
Peppercorns -4
Garlic Cloves – 5 to 6
Ginger - 1½"
Green Chillies – 3 (chopped)
Chopped Onion – 1 (chopped)
Coriander Leaves - ½ cup
Thai Basil - ½ cup
Salt - to taste
For the curry:-
Green Bell peppers- 1 cup
Baby Corn- 1 cup
Broccoli- 1 cup
Coconut Milk - 2 cups
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add Coriander seeds, cloves, peppercorns and dry roast for 5 minutes. Keep it aside. Press the ‘Cancel’ button.
Add Dry roasted ingredients, garlic, ginger, green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, Thai basil and salt one by one to the grinder and grind all these ingredients to a fine paste.
Clean the pot and press sauté. Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add the ground paste and sauté for a minute.
Next add the bell peppers, baby corn, broccoli and stir cook for 5 minutes. Then add Salt.
Pour half the quantity of coconut milk to the cooked ingredients and continue to sauté for 2mintues. In the remaining half add corn flour. Stir them well and then pour it to the pot.
Sauté for 2-3 mins. Once done switch to “keep warm” or “off” mode.
Thai Green Curry is ready to serve with Roti/Rice.
