Cauliflower Bhaji

Cauliflower – 10 florets
Potatoes – 2 peeled and cut into cubes
Tomatoes – 2 chopped into cubes
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/4tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 4 tsp
Green chillies – 2 slit horizontally
Turmeric powder – 1/2tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Corainder powder – 1 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Cooking Oil – 4 Tbsp
Coriander leaves – for garnishing
Grated coconut – for garnishing
Salt to taste
Water – 2 cups
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add 1-1 &1/2 cups of water into the cooking pot. Add pinch of Turmeric powder and Salt to it and add the Cauliflower florets.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Choose Manual option and taste as Quick and set timer to 3 minutes.
Pre-Cooking will happen for few seconds and once the cooking is completed 3 Beep sounds will be heard and it will automatically switches to keep warm mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Open the cooker, discard the water & keep the Cauliflower aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add Cooking oil and wait till it warms a bit. Add Mustard seeds and the Cumin seeds. After they splutter, add Onions and stir well. Once the onions turn golden brown, add the Ginger garlic paste & saute well for 3-4 minutes.
Add Salt, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Garam Masala and stir for a minute. Then add Tomatoes, followed by Peas and Potatoes and stir for about 4-5 minutes.
Next add 1/4 cup of water; so that the vegetables have adequate water to cook. Choose Sambhar option and taste as Quick.

Open the cooker once the pressure is released. Garnish with freshly cut coriander leaves and grated coconut. Top it with the slit Green Chilly and enjoy this Maharashtrain style Bhaji with warm chapattis.
