Ingredients:
Besan flour – ¾ cup
Wheat flour – 1 tsp
Any oil – ¾ tsp
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Green chilies – 2small (cut into pieces)
Ginger – 1cm piece (cut into pieces)
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Cumin powder – ¼ tsp
Chili powder – ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Jaggery powder – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Soda-bi-carb – a pinch
Coriander – 2-3 tsp or cooked cabbage
Seasoning:
Oil – 2-3 tablespoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Cumin – ½ teaspoon
White sesame – ½ teaspoon
Steps:
- Mix Besan flour, Wheat flour, oil, Lime juice, Green chilies, Ginger, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Chili powder, Turmeric powder, Jaggery powder, Salt, Soda-bi-carb and Coriander in a bowl.
- Bring it to a chapati dough into small length. Grease a plate or bowl with oil and arrange the roll on it.
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch the ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in the front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add 1 ½ cup of water into the cooking pot and let it boil a bit. Then place the muthia bowl into it. Press cancel to stop saute.
- Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in the ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and the Pressure release button should be in ‘DOWN’ Position.
- Press the ‘Manual’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and set 5 mins time. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
- After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 5 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
- Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both methods
- Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Take out the rolled muthias and cut them into small pieces.
- Press saute button and add oil to the cooking pot. Add mustard, cumin, sesame and let it splutter. Add the cut muthias, stir for 1min and press the cancel button. Remove the muthias to a serving bowl.
Serve as a snack with tea or coffee.
