Ingredients:
Boneless chicken – 500 gms
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Egg - 1
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Black paper powder – 1/2 tsp
Gram flour – 3 tbsp
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 6-7
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Oil– 1 cup
Steps:
- Add boneless chicken into large bowl.
- Add salt and all powder spices into its red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chat masala, black paper powder, and ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
- Then add coriander leaves, curry leaves gram flour, corn flour along with egg and mix well. And keep aside for 15 min for marinate.(add little water if required).
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the manual Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add 1 cup oil into inner cooking pot and wait for few min to get heated.
- Once oil is hot take marinated chicken and add chicken pieces into hot oil and deep fry them until they turn golden red.
- Remove the fried chicken pakora from oil and serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
