Ingredients:
Oil – 3 Tbsp
Onion (medium)– 2
Tomato (medium) - 2
Fennel Seeds - 2 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1
Coconut (grated) - ½ cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – ¼ cup
Green Chillies (slit) - 2
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Eggs - 4 to 5
Steps:
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the cooking pot and let it warm a bit. Add in fennel seeds, cinnamon, onion, tomato one by one and saute till golden.
Then add in coconut and mix well. Transfer it to a blender once cold blend till smooth. Keep the blended masala aside.
Clean the Pot. Press saute mode. Heat 1 tblsp oil. Add onions, tomatoes, and saute for a min. Add in ginger garlic paste, chillies, curry leaves and mix well.
Next add in spice powders except pepper and toss well. Add in blended masala and mix well. Add 1 cup water and stir well. Bring it to a boil.
Crack eggs in and cover with a lid. Cook in saute mode for 10 mins with lid closed.
Delicious Egg Drop Curry Is ready to Serve.
