Hara Bhara Kabab

Palak leaves – 1 bunch
Oil – 2tsp
Green chili - 1 - (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1 - (finely chopped)
Beans (chopped) – 3/4cup
Fresh peas – ¾ cup
Potato (boiled and grated) – 2
(Crumbled) paneer - ¾ cup
(Finely chopped) coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Breadcrumbs – 2tsp
Kashmiri chili powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Aamchur- 1 tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt - to taste
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Cashews - 8 – (halved)
Oil – As required
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add green chili and saute for few sec. Then add capsicum and saute till the moisture disappears. Further add finely chopped beans and peas. Saute well and off the unit.
Transfer to the blender and allow to cool completely, now blend to coarse paste along with blanched palak.
Transfer the blended paste into a large mixing bowl. Add grated potato, paneer, coriander leaves, corn flour, breadcrumbs, spices and salt. Mix well.
Grease hands with oil and make small patties. Cover the patties with bread crumbs and garnish with cashew.Clean the pot and press saute mode.
Add oil an allow it to heat. Now deep fry the prepared patties into hot oil. Fry on medium hot oil, stirring occasionally. Drain the fried hara bhara kabab onto the kitchen towel.
Finally, serve hara bhara kabab hot with sauce and masala tea.
