Hot and sour chicken soup

Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 tsp (chopped)
Onion – ¼ cup (chopped)
Cabbage – ½ (shredded)
Carrot – ¼ cup (shredded)
Capsicum- ¼ no. (sliced)
Chicken – 200gm (chopped)
Egg – 1 no. (beaten)
Salt – as required
Chilli paste – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Soya sauce – 2 tsp
Spring onion - ½ hand (chopped)
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add garlic and sauté until the raw smell goes. Next add onion and sauté until it turns golden brown in color.
Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum and sauté for few secs. Next add chicken, chilli paste, pepper powder, soya sauce and mix well until they get combined. Add water and let it cook for few mins.
Now add diluted corn flour and give a good mix. Finally add beaten egg, spring onion and continue to stir cook for few mins. Once done, switch to keep warm or off mode.
Hot and sour chicken soup is ready to serve with breadsticks.
