Kaju Prawns Curry

Prawns – 250gm
Cashew nut – 15-20 cut into half
Small Onions – 2 chopped
Spring Onions – 4 cut into small pieces
Tomatoes – 2 chopped
Cooking Oil – 3 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Garam Masala – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander leaves – chopped
Water – 3/4 cup
Soak the Cashew nut for 15-20 minutes.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add Cooking Oil to the Cooking pot. Then add the chopped Onions, Salt, Turmeric powder, Ginger Garlic paste, Chilli powder, Garam Masala Powder and stir well.
Add the chopped Tomatoes and continue in Saute mode for about 3-5 minutes.
Add the soaked Cashew nuts and stir well. Then add the Prawns and continue to Saute for about 5 minutes.
Now add chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chillies, Ginger Garlic paste & continue to Saute for 3- 5 minutes.
Now add Coriander leaves & give it all a good stir. Finally add water to it and Cancel the Saute mode.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘FISH pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 10 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods. Now TWIST and Open the cooker.
Switch to Saute mode and give it a final stir.
Enjoy this rich Prawn gravy with cooked Rice.
