Boiled basmati rice – 2 cup

2 inch cinnamon stick – 2 inch
Star anise – 1
Cloves - 5
Green cardamom - 4
Black paper – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Onion, finely chopped – 1
Ginger - garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
Mix chopped vegetables( beans, cauliflower, peas, carrot, potato, mushrooms, capsicum ) – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder – 1 tsp
cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Biryani masala/ Garam masala – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves, finely chopped – 4 tsp
Mint / pudina leaves, roughly chopped – 3 tbsp
Onions, fried – 6 tbsp
