Ingredients:
Full cream milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Milk - 2 tbsp
Pistachios - 8 to10
Almond - 5 to 6
Cashews - 10
Saffron - 5 to 6
Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Steps:
- Soak saffron in milk and keep aside for further use.
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Manual Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add full cream milk to the inner cooking pot and let it boil. Stir occasionally. Once a layer of cream is formed over the milk, stick it to the sides of vessel and then get the milk to boil again.
- Repeat this process 5 to 6 times or till milk reduces to one third. Then add sugar and mix well.
- Next add saffron milk, cardamom powder and continue to mix. Once done, switch off the Robocook. Transfer the contents to a bowl and let it attain room temperature.
- Finally garnish with chopped dry fruits.
- Serve Rabdi chilled or hot with ice cream.
