Savory Muffins

Steps

1. Take a bowl and mix All Purpose Flour (Sifted), Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, well with water. Then add the Bell Pepper chopped, sweet corn, chopped onion, cheese, yogurt,. Set aside for 5-10 min. 
2. Grease the silicon muffin mould with oil. Fill Batter in muffin moulds fill about 3/4 of the mould. Spread sauce on muffin. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Add Chopped colour capsicum, mixed herbs, red chilli flakes. 
3. Cover the muffin cups fully with aluminium foil. Place the baking circular tray inside Robocook pot add 1 to 2 cups water. Place the covered muffin cups inside .
4. Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
5. Press the ‘Manual’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium and set 20 min timer. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
6. After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 20 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
7. Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
8. Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. 
9. Serve delicious muffins as a evening snack
