Ingredients
Boiled noodles – 1/2 cup
Veg stock – 2 cups
Onion – 1 chopped
Ginger garlic– 1 tsp chopped
Green chilli – 3 chopped
Paneer cube – 1/2 cup
Carrot – 2 tbsp
Mushroom – 2 tbsp
Spring onion – 3 tbsp chopped
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Cornstarch – 2 tbsp
Steps
Mix cornstarch with ½ cup of water and keep aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic, green chilli and saute for few secs.
Add carrot, French beans, mushroom, paneer and saute for 2 mins.
Next add veg stock, soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt, black pepper powder one by one. Mix well and open cook until the vegetables are cripsy.
Then add cornstarch and cook for another 2 min by stirring continuously
Finally add boiled noodles and spring onion. Give it a stir. Switch to Keep Warm or Off mode.
Serve Hot Veg Talumein soup with bread croutons.
