Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seeds- 1/4 tsp
Coriander seeds – 1/2 tspFor Cooking
Catla Fish – 8 pieces
Raw Mango – 1 small, peel and chopped
Tomato – 1 chopped
Green Chillies – 3 slit
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – handful
Tamarind juice – 3 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Cooking Oil – 4 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Water – 2 cups
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add the ingredients marked under Dry Grind. Saute them for about 3-5 minutes. Then Dry grind them and keep it aside.
Next add Cooking Oil to the Cooking pot. Add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and stir. Contnue in the Saute mode for about 2-5 minutes. Then add Green chillies and Onions to it.
Now add Ginger Garlic paste and saute. Then add the chopped Tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
Later add Mango, Salt, Chilli powder and stir. Add the Ground masala and continue for about 2 minutes. Next add Tamarind juice and stir for some time.
Now add Fish and stir gently. Cancel the Saute mode.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘FISH pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 10 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods. Now TWIST and Open the cooker.
Garnish it with Coriander leaves.
Revel into nutritious Fish gravy with cooked rice.
