Ingredients
Pasta – 2 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – 4 cup
Tomato – 5
Dry red chilli – 3
Garlic – 3
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Water – 1 cup
Garlic finely chopped – 2 tbsp
Onion chopped – 1
Capsicum – 1
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Cheese – 3 tbsp
Black paper powder – 1/2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Mix herbs – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
Steps
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Add 6 cups of water and 1 tsp salt into inner cooking pot and wait for first boil.
- Once the water starts to boil, add 2 cup pasta. Boil for 7 minutes. Switch off mode and Drain off the pasta and keep aside.
- Clean the pot and press saute mode. Add water into the inner cooking pot and wait for the first boil.
- Then add tomato, dry chili, ginger, garlic and boil for 5 minutes. Switch to off mode. Then drain off and peel the skin of tomatoes. Once cooled down transfer it to a grinder and blend them into a smooth paste. Keep aside.
- Clean the pot and press saute button. Add 2 tbsp oil. Once oil is nice hot add garlic and saute well. Then add chopped onion, capsicum and saute for 1 min.
- Further add chili flakes, mixed herbs, pepper powder and salt. Saute well for another 1 min. Next add in ground paste, tomato sauce and mix well. Cook until tomato puree is cooked completely.
- Now add in boiled pasta and mix well. Finally, grate some cheese.
