Ingredients
Millet flour (bajra aata) – 1 cup
Gram flour – 1 cup
Spinach – 1 cup (Chopped)
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander and cumin powder – 1 tbsp
Pickle masala – 1 tsp
Curd – 3 tbsp
Coriander and mint leaves – few
Sesame seeds – 4 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 cup
Steps
Add bajra aata, gram flour, spinach, salt, red chilli powder, coriander & cumin powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, pickle masala, curd one by one to a large bowl and mix until they get combined. Add water and knead to form dough.
Add sesame seeds to a plastic sheet and keep aside for further use.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit.
Coat your hands with oil and make small wadas with the dough. Coat the wadas with sesame seeds and press on all sides so that it doesn’t break.
Add the wadas to the pot and deep fry or fry until it turns golden brown in colour. Switch off the Robocook.
Serve hot Bajra palak wadas with sauce or green chutney as a snack.
