Paneer Hara Masala

Paneer -200gm
Curd – 2tbsp
Cream – 2tbsp
Cardamom – 4
Black cardamom – 1
Clove – 4
Cinnamon – 2
Cumin powder – 1tsp
Coriander powder – 1tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2tsp
Red chili powder – 1tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2tsp
Kasthuri methi – 1/2tsp
Salt – as required
Green chili – 1 (chopped)
For paste
Spinach -1 (roughly chopped)
Coriander leaves – 1
Green chili – 3
Onion – 1
Tomatoes – 2
Ginger – 1
Garlic – 7
Connect power cable to ROBOCOOK and switch ON button. Press sauté button in dashboard and wait for 30 seconds for the for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chili and sauté for a minute.
Next add tomato, spinach, coriander and continue to sauté for a minute. Press cancel. Once cooked remove them from pot and allow it to cool. Transfer them to a blender and grind them to a paste.
Now clean the pot and press sauté option. Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add garam masala, green chili, ground paste and sauté them for 2-3 minutes. Add curd, cream and stir well till the oil gets separated.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder one by one and mix them until they get combined.
Finally add paneer, garam masala and kasthuri methi. Stir cook for another 30 seconds and switch to Keep warm or Off mode.
Paneer Hara Masala is ready to serve with Roti
