Chicken Stroganoff

Chicken breasts - 2 large
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper- 1/4 tsp fresh cracked
Flour- 3 tbsp
Butter- 2 tbsp
Olive oil- 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 large chopped
Garlic - 3 cloves crushed or minced
Dijon mustard - 2 tsps
Paprika -1 tsp
White wine - 1/2 cup dry
Flour - 1 tbsp
Low sodium chicken stock/broth - 2 cups
Worcestershire sauce- 2 tsp
Mushrooms – 1 cup
Marinate the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, olive oil and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in flour and keep it aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add butter to the inner cooking pot and allow it to melt. Fry the chicken until it turns brown in color. Remove and keep it aside.
Further, add butter to the pot, let it melt and add onions. Saute until it turns translucent. Next add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Then add mushrooms and cook until it turns golden in color. Pour the wine (or stock) and stir occasionally for the flavors to combine well.
Add the flour and stir cook for a minute. Then add the broth/stock and Worcestershire sauce.
Later add the chicken breasts and let it cook. Once cooked, switch to keep warm or off mode. Garnish with parsley or chives.
Serve the chicken stroganoff with pasta, mashed potatoes or rice.
