Onion – 2 finely chopped
Paneer cubes 20
Ghee -6 table spoon
Ginger garlic paste – 3 tsp
Tomato Puree – 1 cup
Green Chilli - 1
Cashewnut Paste – 2 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Sesame Seeds – 2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Bay Leaf – 1
Cinnamon Stick – 1
Cardamom – 2 crushed
Water – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add ghee to the inner cooking pot and let it melt. Add Cumin seeds, Cinnamon stick, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Sesame Seeds, Ajwain one by one and sauté for 1 minute
Then add Green Chilli, Onion and sauté until it gets translucent. Add Ginger garlic paste and continue to sauté for 1 minute.
Now add Tomato Puree, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Garam masala and salt. Stir for 5 minutes.
Next add Cashewnut paste, Paneer cubes and stir for 1 minute. Now add ½ cup of water and allow it to boil for 5 minutes. Stir in between. Switch off the unit and transfer it to a bow.
Serve tasty Amritsari Ajwaini Paneer with rottis
