Chicken Corn Pasta

Pasta – 100gm
Butter – 2tbsp
Pepper powder – 1tsp
Garlic – 1tsp (chopped)
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Parsley – 1 spring (chopped)
Maida – 1 tbsp
Milk – 2 cup
Salt – to taste
Corn – ½ cup (boiled)
Chilli flakes – 1tsp
Cheese – 1/4cup
Chicken (boneless) – 100gm (boil and shred)
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add water to the inner cooking pot and allow it boil. Add pasta, salt, oil and open cook until the pasta becomes soft. Press cancel. Strain the water and keep the pasta aside.
Clean the pot. Press sauté option. Add butter to the inner cooking pot and allow it to melt. Add garlic, pepper and sauté for a minute. Add onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
Next add maida ,milk and mix well. Let it open cook until it becomes thick and creamy. Stir inbetween.
Add corn, chicken, salt, chilli flakes and cheese. Give it a good mix and cook for 5-6mins.
Finally add the boiled pasta. Stir well. Once done switch to Keep warm or off mode. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve creamy Chicken corn pasta with garlic bread.
