Coconut Burfi

Coconut – 2cup
Sugar – 11/2cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2tsp
Cashew nut – 10gm
Ghee – 1tbsp
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add sugar and coconut to the inner cooking pot. Stir well till the sugar get dissolved and become thick. At final add cardamom powder, cashew nut and ghee. Continue to stir well for 8 mins.
Once done transfer it to a greased tray. Allow it to cool and cut pieces.
Serve sweet coconut burfi as a dessert.
