Keerai/ Spinach Molagootal

Spinach – 1 bunch
Moong Dal – 100 Gms
Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
Salt – To taste
Coconut Oil – 1 tablespoon
Asafoetida – 1 Teaspoon
Green Chillies – 2 Nos
Grated Coconut – 1 Cup
Pepper – 1 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) – 1 Tsp
Wash thoroughly & finely chop the Spinach.
Wash Moong Dal
Grind the above mentioned ingredients above to coconut chutney consistency.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button.
Cook the chopped Spinach and Moong dal adding 150 ml water and 1 tablespoon salt & pinch of Sugar in ROBOCOOK
Select Dal / Chana option and Medium as Taste.
Wait for 10 mins to get natural Pressure Release.
Open the cooker and select Saute option.
Add the grinded coconut paste and asafoetida.
Temper with Mustard seeds and one red chilli using Coconut Oil.
Once it comes to a boil, switch off & keep aside.
Mix well before serving.
