Tofu and Walnut Curry

Onions – 1/2 cup
Walnuts soaked – 5 to 6 no’s
Pumpkin seeds – 1/3 cup
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red Chili – 2
Cloves – 2
Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Pepper pods – 4 to 5 no’s
Ginger – 1 tsps
Kasuri methi – 1/2 cup
Peas – 1/3 cup
Carrot – 1/3 cup
Capsicum – 1/3 cup
Tofu – 1 cup
Cooking Oil – 2 tsp
Fresh cream – 1 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnishing
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add 2 tsp of oil in the cooking pot & wait until it warms a bit. Then add the grounded paste (the list from the ingredients to grind) and let it cook for about 3 minutes. Keep stirring.
Once the paste is cooked add salt, Kasuri methi, Peas, Carrot, Tofu, Capsicum and Stir for about 5 minutes. Finally add Water to it
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Sāmbhar pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 8 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pull-ing ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Sauté mode to add fresh cream. Stir for 2-3 mins.
