Paneer Butter Masala

Cooking Oil – 2 Tbsp
Onion – 2 medium chopped
Paneer – 200 gm, cut into small pieces
Red Chillies – 2
Tomatoes – 3 medium chopped
Cashewnuts – 1/4 cup (soaked for 4-5 hours)
Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Butter – 5 Tbsp
Cardamom seeds – 5
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
Kitchen King Masala (or) Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Fresh Cream – 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Water – 2 cups
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press The Saute' Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add Cooking oil, followed by Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Red chillies and cook for about 5 minutes in Saute mode.
Add Tomatoes, Cashwenuts and stir.Cancel the Saute mode.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘MANUAL pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium & set timer for 5 minutes. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 15 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods. Now TWIST and Open the cooker.
Remove the cooked contents and set aside. Grind this in a blender with 1 cup of water.
Choose the SAUTE mode in the cooker.
Now add Butter, Cardamom seeds, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder,Kashmiri Red Chilly powder, Kasuri methi and stir till all the masala is well mixed.
Next add the ground gravy and add 1/4 cup water & stir. Add Paneer and Salt and stir.
Cancel the Saute mode.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘Close’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘SAMBHAR pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking

Add the Fresh cream and Garam Masala and stir. Continue in the Saute mode for about a minute. Finally garnish with chopped Coriander.
