White Pumpkin – 100 gms
Red Pumpkin – 100 gms
Carrot – 100 gms
Raw Banana – 100 Gms or 1 No
Beans – 100 gms
Potato – 50 gms
Drumstick – 100 gms or 1 No
Brinjal – 150 gms
Broad beans – 100 gms
Salt – To taste
Wood pressed coconut Oil – 4 tablespoon
Curry Leaves – few
Fresh Curd – 150 gms
Asafoetida – 1 Teaspoon
Coconut Medium size – grated
Green Chillies – 6 Nos
Ginger – 1 Inch
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) – 1 Tsp
Cut all veggies in big cubical shape and drumstick in to 2 inches.
Grind the above mentioned ingredients above to coconut chutney consistency.
Beat fresh curd and keep it ready.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button.
Cook all vegetables adding 150 ml water and 1 tablespoon salt in ROBOCOOK
Select Sambar / Gravy option and Medium as Taste.
Choose 15 Minutes (Manually).
Wait for 10 mins to get natural Pressure Release.
Open the cooker and add the grinded coconut paste and asafoetida.
Select Saute option and Mix well for 5 minutes.
Switch off & keep aside for 15 minutes or till the gravy gets cool down.
Add beaten fresh curd and raw wood pressed coconut oil.
Garnish with curry leaves.
Mix well before serving.
