Low starch potato - 1
Cooking oil - 1 tbsp(15ml)
Italian Seasoning - 1 tbsp (15ml)
Ketchup - ¼ cup (60ml)
Chilli Powder - ¼ tsp
Salt and pepper - to taste
Slice the potato into ¼ potato wedge slices and keep it in a bowl.
Toss olive oil, salt, pepper, chilli powder and Italian Seasoning into potato wedge slices kept in a bowl.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 170⁰. Press 2 minutes timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait for 2 mins.
Meanwhile place the sliced potatoes in the basket.After preheating remove the lid and place the basket on steam rack.
Place the Robocook Fryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 170⁰C in pizza mode along with 12 to 15 mins timer (depends on the size of potato) and press “PLAY” button.
Pause the Fryo at 5-7 minutes and flip the potato using tongs. Once done resume the timer using “PLAY” button and wait for another 5-7 minutes.
Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and removethe Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Serve the hot crispy potato wedges with ketchup.
