Singapore Chicken Noodles

Boiled noodles – 2 cup
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Curry powder – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Chilli garlic sauce – 1 tbsp
Boneless chicken cut it into peace – 1/2 cup
Capsicum thinly sliced – 1/2 cup
Green onion (green and white separated thinly sliced – 3 tbsp
Sprouts – 2 tbsp
Black paper powder – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic chopped – 2 tbsp
Egg - 2
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Add curry powder, sugar, chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce, 1/2 cup water to a bowl. Stir and keep aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add 1 tbsp oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Once oil is hot add egg, salt, black paper powder and stir it continuously for 2 min. Transfer and keep aside.
Add 1 tbsp oil to the same cooking pot and add boneless chicken. Saute for 3 min along with salt and black pepper. Then remove and keep aside.
Next add 1 tbsp oil to the same cooking pot. Once oil is hot add chopped ginger garlic and sauté them for 1 min.
Then add white part of green onion, capsicum along with salt and black pepper. Saute for another 1 min.
Now add sauce paste mixture and cook it for 1 min on sauté mode. Add boiled noodle, sprouts, fried chicken green onion and cook for 2 min
Tasty yummy noodle is ready to serve with hot soup.
