Ingredients:
Tomatoes – 4
Garlic – 7-8
Cashew – 5-6
Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 5 tbsp
Hot charcoal (for smoky flavours )– 1 small
Steps:
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Manual Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add 2 cups of water and wait for boil. Then add tomatoes into it and boil for 5 min. Then switch to off button. Next remove tomatoes and wait for cool down.
- Then remove the skin of tomato with using your hand. After 5 min boil it’s very easy to remove skin of tomato.
- Take mixer grinder add boiled tomato, cashew, garlic, salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice and make fine paste.
- Next press saute button and wait for few sec for heated up.
- Add 2 tbsp oil in inner cooking pot. Once oil is nicely hot add mustard seeds into it and let them pop.
- Next add cumin seeds, asafoetida, coriander seeds, sauce paste into pot. Mix it well and cook for another 3 min on saute mode.
- Now put 1 small bowl in the centre of pot and add hot charcoal into small bowl and pour some ghee on charcoal and cover with lid for 5 min
- After 5 min remove lid and also remove charcoal bowl. Then mix it well and enjoy as a deep. (press off button)
