Tapioca Curry

Tapioca- 700 Gms
Garlic- 15 cloves
Red Chilli powder – 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 Tsp
Coconut Oil – 2 Tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1 Tsp
Curry leaves- few
Salt - to taste
Peel off the skin of the tapioca and dice into big or Semi circle shape cubes.Chop 12 to 15 cloves of garlic into small pieces.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button.Add 100 ml of water and cook the diced tapioca by adding one tsp salt and turmeric into it.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Sambhar’pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 8 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARMmode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Strain the water from the tapioca and keep aside.
Clean the pot and Select saute option. Add 2 Tbsp coconut oil and temper with mustard seeds. Once crackled add chopped garlic, curry leaves and saute for few secs.
Now add cooked tapioca and salt to taste. Saute for 2 mins. Then add red chilli flakes and mix well. Garnish with curry leaves.
