Vegan roasted lemon and garlic soup

Garlic – 1/2 cup
Fresh cream – 1//3 cup
Veg stock – 2 cup
Lemon grass – 2
Onion – 3 chopped
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Butter – 4 tbsp
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Bay leaf – 2
Mix corn flour with required water and keep this aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add 1 tsp butter to the inner cooking pot and allow it to melt. Add garlic cloves and saute for 5 min until they turn golden brown. Transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
Add some more butter to the same cooking pot. Add onion and saute for 3-4 min until they turn translucent.
Then add bay leaf, lemon grass, black pepper powder, fried garlic and continue to saute for 2 min.
Add corn flour mix and 2 cups of veg stock along with fresh cream. Stir well and cook for 1 min. Press cancel to stop sauté.
Add the contents to a mixer and grind it to a smooth paste.
Press sauté option. Now add the ground paste to the inner pot and cook for 4-5 mins. Once done Switch to Keep warm or Off mode.
Serve Veg Roasted Lemon and Garlic soup garnished with roasted garlic and lemon grass.
