For Pizza Dough:
Pizza Pan -6 inch
Warm water -½ cup
Sugar- 1 tsp
Dry yeast- 1 tsp
Maida / plain flour / all-purpose flour -2 cups
Salt -to taste
Olive oil -3 tbsp
Water - as required, to knead
For Toppins:
Pizza sauce - 3 tbsp
Mushrooms- 5 thinly sliced
Onion -3 tbsp roughly chopped
Colour capsicum- ¼ cup roughly chopped
Pickled jalapeños - 9 based on spice level (If Available)
Black olives- ¼ cup chopped
Mozzarella cheese- ½ cup grated
Oregano / Italian seasonings / mixed herbs - ½ tsp
