Fried Egg Boiled Masala

Eggs - 4
Big onions thinly sliced - 3
Green chilies - 3
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Sprig curry leaves - 1
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red chili powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Coconut powder – 2tsp
Oil – 4 to 5 tsp
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
Salt - as required
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button.
Add 4 cups of water to the inner cooking pot and place eggs to boil. for 15 min.
Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
Press the ‘Manual’pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select Medium with 15 min timer. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 15 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARMmode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Once boiled remove the from pot, peel the skin and keep it aside.
Now clean the pot and press saute. Add Oil and let it warm a bit. Add thinly sliced onions, green chilies, salt and saute together until they become soft. Add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, and saute for a minute.
Next add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and mix well to combine. Cut the boiled eggs into half and add them to the pot and mix carefully.
Add garam masala, desiccated coconut powder and stir again without breaking the eggs. Cover cook for 3-5 minutes.Remove the lid, add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the unit.
Fried egg boil masala is ready to serve with roti and rice
