Chicken Kali mirch

Steps:

1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Keep aside for 15minutes.
2. Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
3. Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add the marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Once done press cancel and keep aside.
4. Press sauté mode. Add 1tbsp of oil to the existing oil and sauté onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, cashew nut. Press cancel. Remove and allow it to cool. Make a paste using a blender. 
5. Press sauté mode again. Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add clove, cardamom, cinnamon, ground masala and sauté till the oil separates. 
6. Then add the fried chicken and continue to sauté for few mins. Next add curd, ¼ cup water and mix well. Press cancel.
7. Place the closing lid over the top, Turn and place the Pointer in ‘CLOSE’ Position. Ensure the lid is firmly closed and Pressure release button should be on ‘DOWN’ Position.
8. Press the ‘Manual’ pre-set menu button in the ROBOCOOK and select “Medium”. PIC TECHNOLOGY pre-sets temperature/pressure/timer for pre-cooking
9. After Pre-Cooking is done the cooking countdown will appear and starts down from 10 mins. Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound and automatically switches to KEEP WARM mode. Press ‘Cancel’ if not required.
10. Wait for 10 mins to get Natural Pressure Release (OR) it can be released manually by pulling ‘UP’ the pressure release button. Ensure the pressure is released completely on both the methods.
11. Now TWIST and Open the cooker. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Finally add crushed pepper, garam masala, kasthuri methi and mix well. 
12. Chicken Kalimirch is ready to serve with Rice/Roti.
