Sugar - 1 cup
Tahini paste - 1/2 cup
Almonds - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp
- Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
- Add ghee to the inner cooking pot and allow it to melt. Add sugar and caramelise it. Once done add Tahini paste.
- Stir for 10 minutes until you get the sticky consistency. Now add the Grated Almonds and continue to mix well.
- Switch to Keep warm or Off mode. Transfer the dish in a bowl and allow it to cool for 20minutes.
- Delicious Iranian Tahini is ready to serve as a dessert
