Ingredients:
Okra – 250 grm (chopped)
FriedPapad – 3
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Tomato – 1(chopped)
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Oil – 5 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Steps:
Cut okra into small pieces and keep aside.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit.Add bhindi and deep fry for 3 min.Remove and keep aside.
Remove excess oil.Add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter. Then add asafoetida, onion and sauté until onion turns pink.
Next add ginger garlic paste and sauté for few secs.Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chat masala, salt one by oneand mix well until the masalas get combined.
Later add tomato and cook for 2-3 min.Add the fried bhindi and papad pieces, mix well and open cook for 3-4 min.Once done switch off the Robocook.
Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot Jaipuri bhindi with roti.
