Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 4 tbsp (chopped)
Ginger -1 tbsp (chopped)
Green chillies- 3 (chopped)
Fresh coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Spring onion greens- 1tbsp (chopped)
Hot vegetable stock - 2 cups
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Carrots- 1/3rd cup (chopped)
Capsicum- 1/3rd cup (chopped)
Cabbage- ½ cup (shredded)
Noodles - 200 gm (raw)
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Spring onion greens -2 tbsp (chopped)
Salt - to taste
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies, freshly chopped coriander leaves, spring onion greens and sauté for a minute.
Then add hot vegetable stock or hot water, soy sauce, green chilli paste, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper powder one by one. Mix well and allow it to boil for few mins.
Next add the chopped carrot, capsicum, cabbage and let it cook for few mins. Now add in raw noodles and boil until the noodles are completely cooked.
Mix cornstarch with water and add the mixture to the boiling soup. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Once done, Switch to Keep Warm or Off mode.
Hot manchow soupy noodles is ready to serve!
