Baby corn - 5
Red chili sauce - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - ½ tsp
Soya sauce - ½ tsp
Chili sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Maida - 2 tsp
Chopped nuts – ½ cup
Coriander leaves - 3
Add Red chili sauce, Soya sauce, Garlic paste, Chili sauce, Tomato ketchup, Maida, Coriander leaves one by one to a bowl.
Mix all ingredients together and keep aside.
Add the baby corn in a bowl and coat it with the ingredient’s mixture.
Add chopped nuts to a bowl.
Coat the baby corn with the chopped nuts.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 180⁰. Press 4 minutes timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait for 4mins.
Meanwhile grease the mesh basket with oil and add the coated baby corn. After the preheat remove the lid and place the mesh basket on the steam rack.
Place the Robocook Fryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 180⁰C along with 6 min timer and press “PLAY” button.

Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and removethe Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Serve the nutty baby corn as a snack with Tea.
