Garlic Naan - 2
Pizza sauce or Marinara sauce - 1/4 cup
Baby Tomatoes - 1/4 cup cut into halves
Onions - 1/4 cup sliced
Bell pepper - 1/4 cup sliced
Mozzarella - 3/4 cup grated
Feta - 2 tbsp
Cilantro / Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
For Tandoori Paneer:
Paneer - 1/2 cup small cubes
Yogurt - 1 tbsp thick
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Ground Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Add paneer cubes, yogurt, garam masala, garlic powder, ground turmeric, red chilli powder and salt one by one to a bow. Mix well and keep it aside.
Apply sauce on each naan and spread evenly. Spread a little mozzarella on the two naans.
Place the paneer cubes mixed with yogurt and spices on the two naans. Next start spreading the red onions, bell peppers and grape tomatoes.
Next spread an even layer of mozzarella on top of the veggies. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Finally add some chopped cilantro.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook).
Meanwhile grease the mould with oil and drop the paneer naan in the basket.
Place the Robocook Fryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 170⁰C in pizza mode along with 7-8 min timer and press “PLAY” button.

Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and remove the Fryo lid from the Robocook.
