Ingredients:
Bhindi thin sliced - 200 g
Chili powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Besan - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Steps:
Add the bhindi into a bowl and wash it well in the running water.
Cut the bhindi into thin vertical pieces and add it to a bowl.
Add Chili powder, Coriander powder, Cumin Powder, Chat masala, Rice flour, Besan, Oil, Salt, Turmeric powder one by one to a bowl.
Mix all ingredients together and keep aside for 4 mins.
Place the Fryo on top of the Robocook and set the steam rack inside the cooking pot.
Place the Fryo on top of the robocook and connect the power cord. (Do no connect the robocook). Press the ‘POWER’ button & Set the temperature to 190⁰. Press 4 minutes timer to preheat the pot. Now press “PLAY” button & wait for 4mins.
Meanwhile grease the mesh basket with oil and add the sliced bhindis. After the preheat remove the lid and place the mesh basket on the steam rack.
Place the Robocook Fryo on top and move down the handle to start. Now set the temperature at 185⁰C along with 12 min timer and press “PLAY” button.

Pause the Fryo at 6 minutes and flip the sliced bhindis using tongs. Once done resume the timer using “PLAY” button and wait for another 6 minutes.
Once the countdown comes down and cooking is completed it stops with 3 Beep sound. Pull the handle and removethe Fryo lid from the Robocook.
Serve the crispy Kurkurebhindi as a snack with Tea.
