Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add milk to the inner cooking pot and let it come to a boil. Add vinegar slowly and keep stirring to curdle the milk. Once done, press cancel to stop sauté.
Add water to the curdled milk and allow it to strain well. Remove the paneer from strainer and knead it well till it gets a soft texture. Make small balls and keep aside.
Clean the pot and press sauté option. Add sugar, water to the pot and stir gently to make a fine sugar syrup.
Finally add in the rasagulla balls and let it open cook for 20 minutes. Once done, switch off the robocook and let the rasagullas cool down.
