Boneless Mutton - 400 Gms
Ginger - 1" piece
Garlic - 4-6 Cloves
Capsicum (Optional) - 1/2
Celery - 1/2 Stalk
Spring Onion - 1 bulb
Onion Shoot – 1
Oil – as required
Cornstarch- 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
Peppercorns – 2 tsp (crushed)
Sugar(Optional) - 1 Tsp
Salt - To Taste
Whole red long chilies - 5-6
Diluted Vinegar – 2tsp
Clean and cut mutton into very thin strips. Marinate the mutton with cornstarch, 1tsp vinegar, 1tsp soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for 1-2 hrs.
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add oil to the inner cooking pot and let it heat a bit. Add ginger, garlic, capsicum, celery, spring onion, red long chilies and sauté for few mins until the veggies turn mushy. Add 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar and mix well.
Now add the marinated mutton to it and toss well until it becomes crisp. Once done press cancel. Remove and set aside on a kitchen towel.
Lamb Salt & Pepper is ready to serve with Rice/Roti.
