Ingredients:
Jaggery grated -1 and ½ cup Sunflower & pumpkin seeds - 1 cup Ghee – 1 tbsp
Steps:
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Saute Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add sunflower and pumpkin seeds to the pot. Roast well for few mins. Transfer it to the plate.
Now clean the pot and press saute mode. Add jaggery and stir well until it melts. Once melted let it cook on low until it starts bubbling for 3-4 minutes.
Check the consistency by dropping it in a bowl of water. If it forms a ball then it is done. Switch off the Robocook Pot & add remove from heat.
Add the roasted pumpkin seeds and roasted sunflower seeds to the jaggery. Stir quickly until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or chopping board. Grease the rolling pin with ghee and start spreading the mixture into an even layer of desired thickness.
Let it cool for 5 minutes and then cut out desired shapes of the chikki. Store in airtight container.
