Onion – 1 chopped
Tomato – 2 chopped
Green peas – 1/2 cup
Carrot – 1/3 cup chopped
Cauliflower – 1/3 cup grated
Beans – 1/3 cup chopped
Capsicum – 1/3 cup chopped
Paneer mash – 1/2 cup
Cheese – 1/3 cup
Butter – 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 1
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Connect the power cord to ROBOCOOK and switch ‘ON’ button. Press the Sauté́ Button in front dashboard and wait for 30 secs for the inner cooking pot to get heated up.
Add 2 tbsp oil and butter to the inner cooking pot and let it heat together.. Add cumin seeds and sauté for few sec. Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste,green chilli and continue to sauté for few more mins.
Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and chopped tomato. Saute well until tomatoes turn mushy.
Add capsicum, cauliflower, beans, green peas, salt and continue to cook for 5 mins by sauting occasionally.
Next add paneer and tomato ketchup. Mix well until they get combined.
Finally garnish with grated cheese and coriander leaves. Stir well. Switch to Keep warm or Off mode.
Serve hot Veg Keema Masala with rottis or dosas.
